I think people get it twisted. Church doesn't necessarily mean a building. They say the body is the temple, so it is you, the person. The church that they are talking about is you. So you don't need to go to some building to worship, cause the church is within you. I'm not a believer anyway, but that is my take on it.

There shouldnt be a time requirement to worship. If going to church strengthens ones relationship with God, by all means go. If not, just put the same time and energy into something that does strengthen it, like simply talking to God through prayer :tu
