Why do you listen to hip hop/rap music?

becuz for every soulja boy, gucci, wayne, 50 cent or rick ross out there, there's still hip hop artists that worth listenin to

I listen to hip hop for a lot of different reasons. One of them is to relax, another one is to kick it and have a good time. Nod my head, shit like that. Plus it's usually done or performed by people that I can relate to for one reason or another.

For the message. For me, hip hop is the most expressive form of music. Moreso than soul and rock because the (true) artists generally have a lot more to say
