usually when you're young you're active without even making an effort, playing etc. i guess it's easy to forget that you have to keep it up as an adult. i haven't really had this issue, but i think my genes have a lot to do with that

I don't know how fruits and veggies are nasty, there's ways to make them good without drenching them in butter or sugars. But as for the GMO's, yes, they are "good", but that's because you're eating all that bullshit refined sugars that trick your brain into wanting more and never being satisfied.
