because it's disgusting and looks stupid. It's damn near 40 degrees outside and niggas have 3/4's of their ass showing. What' worse now is that everyone wears fitted stuff now which makes it look 10 times worse. In the past it was common for niggas to have on an oversized t thirt on with some baggy ass girbaud jeans.
