Sean Connery clearly, goes without saying.
I've got to say I really liked Brosnan. He was just proper unlucky to be starring in the arse end of the Bond films. If he was in more Bond films on the level of GoldenEye I think people would think more fondly of him. I like Daniel Craig as well but he's only done two so far and Quantum Of Solace was pure shite.
Apart from Live and Let Die (which for me is one of the best along with Goldfinger) Roger Moore was far too camp and Timothy Dalton played it far too serious and sucked all the fun out the films

Connery is the GOAT. This isn't even a contest.
I was very skeptical about Craig when he was first cast, but he proved me wrong. Despite the general opinion here, I think Brosnan was a very good Bond, but the films were so-so.

To all the ppl who are saying Sean Connery over Daniel Craig, tell me something: did Sean Connery's Bond ever have a high flying chase scene of a bombing specialist to start off a movie? did Sean Connery's bond ever kill a man by leaving him in the desert with nothing to drink but a can of motor oil? if the answer to these questions is no, then i beg to differ with your conclusions.

That's a great scene no doubt but your not going to convince me Craig is a better Bond based on a action sequence. When it comes to the bond character Connery was able to mold it into his own. And it also helps that he was able to be in the movies with the best storylines as well.
