Nelly aint even in the game no more.

After he turned down that "Get Low" song FloRida took the song and stole his lane.

Tech9 will still be gettin that indie tour money 10yrs from now.

as far as rap career if thats what I did for a living

now if you asked who's money/life I'd take that could very well change

Tech. Before 2015 he was still making millions off being an indy artist. Never liked Nelly's music, but i did like Tech's at one point.

Nelly had a monster run but Tech's career has been more consistent. He owns his label, has one of the more loyal fan bases in the game, is independent, consistently sells records and actively tours to sold out crowds.

Not saying Nelly was a flash in the pan because if his publishing right he'll eat off some of those songs forever but he's been largely irrelevant for a long time.

tech n9ne is simply richer than nelly and a better artist

why would anyone pick nelly?

Whose career would you rather have?

cold part about it, these dudes are cousins lol

I'd vote tech but wont vote cause i'm from KC, just wouldn't be rite, but Tech started from the ground up foreal, still no majors are backing him like that.

Nelly worth $60 mill, tech is worth like 8. If we're talking money, Nelly wins.

If we're talking music, tech n9ne has more juice among musicians and hardcore fans, but his music never really appealed to me like that. But I fasho had country grammar knocking in the trunk back in the day. No diss to tech n9ne though. He has full creative control, and collects most of the profits from damn near anything he does. I respect that.
