I would like to know how I got my complexion. I'm the lightest person in my family and not a white person in sight. That would be the only reason I go backwards.

Both. I'd like to go back and tell them to invest in something like Xerox when it was for pennies or start snatching up land or gold coins etc. But I would love to see my descendants to see how I've affected them. Maybe my great, great, great, great grandkid is named after me.

My vote is neither.

I don't want to see the fucked up struggle my peoples came up from. I've read and seen a lot of it and I know I haven't begun to really know anything about it. I don't want to personally see my folks like that.

If it takes me not knowing if my child is a success by not knowing if they fucked everything up then I would rather not know any of it regardless of them being great, good, bad or just plain ol fucked up.
