He made a stupid decision, trying to tease AK with the ball and he was one handing it. With his active hands, if AK would have taken the bait and touched or grazed the ball while Kenyon was still holding it there would have been a violation. Kenyon is just stupid though you can't always trust him to just execute and move on.
Edit: IDK it looks like he just wanted to get it to Afflalo and he wasn't aggressive in doing so. He reached out to the side and was hoping he could catch Afflalo in an open spot and his dumb ass one handed maneuver cost him.
