my sister used to do that shit ALLLLLL the time.....all the fucking time... we've all told her about that dumb shit... she thinks it's nothing wrong with it......all 3 of her kids had to endure that shit....the whole family has to endure that shit.....she's a self proclaimed nudist, and feels she can walk around her house naked if she wants too.....

my equally inappropriate ass son.......you can't do shit like that around a kid like him....he was like 2 tuning 3 when we were in between arrangements for daycare n shit...so she offered to keep him for a few weeks......
i came to pick him up, and she was like
"i can't do shit around your son....i had my shirt off, and this little boy was like"
"TITTIES!!!! TITTY TITTY TITTY TITTY!!!" then he went for them.... he effectively out weirded her......so she now puts on her clothes when the kids are in the house cuz of my son.....

i mean, i think that's what happens when a kid is breast fed... no diss to those who take offense, but if your kid is on formula from day one....they prolly don't develop that infatuation with bare breasts that breast fed babies do....
i was a breast milk enthusiast....i'd make sure my wife was always hydrated enough and took all her vitamins to produce milk......we breast fed up till like 20 months, and even pumped milk for a another 6-8......
so he knows what the deal is when he sees titties......that little nigga will grab a nipple.....she wasn't ready for that....she formula'd all her kids......they prolly don't even know milk comes out of them...

If the kid isn't uncomfortable with it, I don't see it as an issue. Kids are good about letting you know when something that used to be all good with them...isn't anymore.
There isn't anything wrong with the human body and it's nothing to be ashamed of. And society will always affect a kid in a way that at some point he'll be uncomfortable with it. At that point, stop. Until then, no issue.
