I don't think that there is any genre of music that I at least don't have 1 artist that I like. You can't really enjoy life if you don't enjoy music/food/ etc. from other backgrounds.

Metal - Lamb of God
Electronica- Bag Raiders
Contemporary Jazz- Columbian Drum Cartel/ anything George Benson of course
Country- James Taylor
