Think it's apples to oranges, that came from a gossip website, the IC is a messageboard spin-off of a hip hop website...might be more along Illseed's jurisdiction...with that said...

It's why we have mods. If a poster's info's gettin tossed around all willy-nilly, all they have to do is ask a mod to delete the post/thread/pics. If said post/pics have been saved...there's only so much that we can do, but as long as we make that good effort, we should be straight. If a non-poster gets wind of pics/a situation that's being discussed on the site, they too can reach out and expect the info to be deleted (and yes, this happens).

I don't want to see anyone in jail either but attempting to ruin someone's life is soooo not cool and if the law slaps a judgment on someone for that then they get what they deserve.

When she was on that talk show (forgot which one it was)...did she bring that up herself, or did someone "expose" her, and bring it to the site? I don't remember..

I asked that to say this...she's used to seeking that sort of attention, and has already set some sorta precedent. Not tryna blame a "victim", just saying, if a circumstance such as in the OP happened concerning her, the fact that she's no stranger to this sort of thing, and should already be taking steps on her own to avoid further exposure/embarassement, would probably bode well for us (the site itself)...on some "once bitten, twice shy" type deal...

I'm no attorney tho, that's all speculation.
