Actually I heard some African nations were offering dual citizenship to Americans with education due to a brain drain going on in Africa (med and engineering students going overseas to travel). And plus Africa was suffering from colonialism for a long time, so they had to worry more about their situation than African-Americans here. It's understandable and at the end of the day, Africa has its own issues to take care of so most nations there can only do so much for us.
