Saw this the other day. His tendons snapped. Ugly. Too much weight. Shit happens.

My cousin fucked his self up something similar but on a smaller scale (bicep tear) going hard on that juice. If you take things too fast, your muscles will get big and strong but it's possible your tendons haven't had time to thicken and catch up to accommodate them. You'll feel like you can lift the world and your muscles can, but your tendons might not be ready for that level yet.
