That's these internet babies... a lot of slang & many other things is no longer regional due to social media. At the same time, plenty of ppl use it out of context just to be 'trendy.' I'd imagine that most young ppl from Omaha (or similar areas) familiarity or connection w/ black youth is limited to vine, snapchat, ig, etc.
