Eh....as someone who studies therapeutic interventions and yes understanding that it was a "Made for TV" type thing, I felt that it was kinda useless and confusing. The therapist seemed to heighten the negative instead of reframing it. As a therapist, you want the client to seek out healthy behaviors from their normal dysfunctional ones. Especially dealing with someone of YG's evnironmental background of the normalcy of violence....I hope he was able to provide adequate alternatives for his mental and emotional state when dealing with these types of situations.
