Over/under on a mistrial for this Neo Gestopo piece of shit? God forbid there's a mistrial or this muthafucka actually walks. If black people don't take to the streets, tear some shit up, seek vengeance, and employ ssubstained economic boycotts, then fuck it we're officially a deafted people and deserve the savagery, pain, and punishment that racism and white supremacy is inflicting upon us via the Neo Gestopo and other means.

FINAL JURY SELECTED

Nine men and six women make up the final jurors selected to overhear Yanez’s case.

Only 12 will deliberate, with three serving as alternates.

Two people of color are on the jury, including one that the defense tried to strike Monday.

Defense attorney Earl Gray argued that the 18-year-old black girl who moved to Minnesota from Ethiopia when she was 10 didn’t have enough knowledge of the criminal justice system to decide such a “complicated” case.

The state challenged her removal on the basis that it appeared racially motivated.

Judge William H. Leary III sided with the prosecution and the juror remained.

Other jurors include an older woman who works as a manager at a gas station in White Bear Lake, two nurses, a health and wellness coach who believes marijuana should be legalized, a shift manager at Wendy’s who aspires to be a computer engineer, a veteran and a laboratory assistant.

A jury has been seated for the trial of a Minnesota police officer charged in the shooting death of a black motorist after defense attorneys unsuccessfully tried to block one of two black jurors in the final group.

Defense attorney Earl Gray argued that an Ethiopian-American woman in the jury pool didn't understand the criminal justice system well enough to follow the proceedings.

Prosecutor Jeff Paulsen called that a pretext to block the woman because of her race. Judge William Leary rejected the defense challenge.

The only other minority on the panel is a young black man. The panel is made up of 12 jurors and three alternates.

Are we surprised? Cops have a license to kill and damn near have 100% immunity.

The Jordan Edwards trial will probably begin within the next few months. Brace yourselves....
 
im not surprised but I am very disappointed. I am disappointed in the two black jurors. I always cross my fingers that one black juror will hold out and say nah im not voting not guilty. i don't get black jurors at all.
 
They're trying to desensitize people to these types of murders. Same thing they did in nazi Germany before the Jewish holocaust.
