He didn't pan out at LT or RT like originally expected but he's become a Pro Bowl caliber LG the last couple of seasons. He'll never make it there because he isn't playing LT like he was drafted to though.

Robert Gallery has become a pretty good player for the Raiders. HE shouldn't be on this list.

Too early for Glenn Dorsey....he needs one more year. Imo he is playing out of position BIG TIME. He is a 4-3 UT.
