Possibly taken from the bible

Proverbs 9:10 The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom, and knowledge of the Holy One is understanding

No I don't think so. Two different meanings. Conquering fear is confronting and overcoming all fear. Fear of the Lord is telling you to fear the idea /creation of God from the Bible, Christianity, Church, peers or just your own thoughts - which still exemplifies the certain fears that come with those entities they tell you to be afraid of. And knowledge of the holy one may be understanding of the holy one, but not necessarily wisdom. Unless you're talking about knowledge, facts or views about the holy one. This is just an opinion.

Now conquering your own fears means wisdom in the sense of knowing better what actually is reality and also better wisdom of yourself ( e.g. why you fear those things and why you shouldn't be afraid) and the world.
