So getting Jeff green, Ray allen, Kristic, glen davis, and the clippers 1st rounder for 2012 for Perkins (with maybe two bad knees and a 33 mill contract) and nate isnt lopsided?

where the fuck are u gettin Ray Allen and Glen Davis from? those are seperate trades. why u bringin up old shit? and we traded Krstic, Green and the 2012 pick for Perkins and Nate. Like I said, we fulfill a need with both players. I dont get it.

who do you think you got jeff green from? You basically gave him back to us and we kept ray and glenn.

ok but I still dont see why u are tryin to include Big Baby and Ray into this. that was a separate time and trade, you just tryin to throw that shit in there to stuff your side of the trade. go on somewhere bruh.

lol man now u just hatin. just cuz he didnt do it anymore at Boston doesnt mean its gonna be the same way here. Let the man get some PT before you start sayin his days are done. Why u tryin to discredit our trade? I can talk a gang of shit about Green and Krstic if you would like. by the way, we did something similar with Daequan Cook.

man I aint hating the percentages dont lie you're gonna be dissapointed if you think Nate is gonna bring you guys instant offense he got plenty of PT here and didn't step up to the plate you see the Celtics fans don't care about the fact that he's gone

like I said, we did the same thing with Daequan Cook from Miami. None of them cared he left and look at him now. He startin to tear it up again after they was sayin he was done. Wait and see what he does is all Im sayin dog. When trades happen players sometimes play with new motivation. Look at what Nate did for yall in the Finals. He was killin it from what I remember.

Ok, small minds cant think big, I get it. Nba trades arent judged by only short term results.

Bruh, just be glad that you got Eric Maynor as the back up point guard because if Nate ever sees the floor he's gonna frustrate you more then Green did. This year Nate didn't attack the basket shot like 5 3 pointers a game even tho he's shooting like 30% couldn't dribble that well and is a terrible defender

yea Nate will probably play the 2...Scott Brooks isnt asking him to run the offense...he'll be used sparingly

and i have no idea why bigrizz is bringing in old trades...they the OKC Thunder now...not the Seattle Supersonics

Nice move by presti.

We stil aint there but we on the right direction.

Scott Brooks has no excuses. Next year failure win over 60games and get to the west finals the he should be fired.

2012-2013 season we should be champions.

KD has to stop settlin for jumpers and attack the basket, beast on them boards and become aggressive on both the offensive and defensive ends, work on his post moves or risk becomin another nowitzki.

RW should cut his turnover ratio, become more of a facilitator and work on hz jump shot.

Ibaka has stone hands, he cant catch the ball and he needs to work on his footwork and low post scorin. Thunder should get a bigs coach.

Good for him. He is with two youguns that will tear up the league for the next decade. The best way to look good in the NBA is to be a shadow behind elite players.

this team will keep him on his feet

This i know. i just wonder in the logic of trading for a player just to trade him back. In the previos case, they shouldve just never traded ray allen to being with. These are the same GMs. Then he adds a first rounder and kristic. Why not just let perkins be a free agent and sign him. Is Perkins really that good to put them over the lakers? I just dont see it. But it is in hindsight. So what do i know. I know the Cs got the most talent/upside in this deal. Especially since it freed them up to sign t. murphy

At that they are paying perkins 8.7 mil a year...Is that worth it to kill your cap flexibility for an offensively limited center....Erick Dampier anyone. Brandon haywood?

Its a good deal for both teams really. For now it looks (a little) dumb on the Celtics part just because their strength was their bigs. But at the same time.. Now for the C's.. There will always be 4 guys Rondo can get the ball to on the court at the same time. With Rondo AND Perkins on the court, you were playing 5 on 3 1/2 (Rondo can score in the paint) on offense. The C's also got more versatile on the wing with Green. Thunder get the big in the middle that they have always needed. So all in all.. pretty even trade imo

But they dont need him for offense. They need him for Bynum, Gasol, Duncan, Randolph, Aldridge and any other big they may see in the playoffs in the next few years. But 9 Mil a yr for him isnt toooooo bad. His strength is a major strength that helps bolster the Thunder's weakness.

Plus... You cant compare Damp and Haywood to Perkins.. Perkins has done what he's doing for 3 yrs now. Hes pretty consistent with his numbers. Haywood and Damp's numbers dramatically inflated in their contract yrs.

We didnt want him to leave. But we are able to space the floor better, and have another body to throw at all the killer wing players in the east. Ray and Paul arent getting any younger. Both teams got what they needed
