I think Galactus needs to be moved up to 3. Void is way too high should be in 15...Odin needs to be moved up to 4 or 5. Franklin Richards and hyperstorm should be at 9.

Thanos needs to be at 12...

@Sion - Thor's not a mutant. But his power level is on par with some of them.

He surpasses some omega level mutants (Ice Man's bitch ass immediately comes to mind).

But let's say someone like Franklin Richards (or maybe Cable) ... well, I think he Might trump Thor.
