damn he has lived a tough life to be only 13. he doesnt need life in prison. he needs to be under constant supervision of a child psychologists

This shit is sad man. Kid didn't stand a chance out in the world. Life in prison is definitely not the solution to this problem.

um, i dont think he should just be thrown in prison....but dude cant be out on the street....its not his fault but he's just not right, and i dont think they can fix that.....he was fucked from the start and its sad....

but lets say dude gets psych treatment for a couple years and gets back out here....the first person that looks at him wrong, or the first girl/guy that turns him down is dead....then it will be the system's fault, and we know they cant have that....

best bet would be to put lil dude in the military or sumn....he'd be on some rambo shit...#nolove

Man toss this piece of shit in the ocean wit a chain and ball attached to his leg

He's nothin. He wont ever get rehabbed he'll kill someone else when he's 30 years old

25 yrs is enough ......monitor him and rehab him in prison

i want to agree but there's no prison out there thats really gonna do that....they'll feed him seroquel and put him in "group therapy" but he'll get used that shit soon enough....just imagine when he gets bigger, stronger, and develops the greater sexual urges that comes later as a young man....dude is gonna fuck his cellmate, skin him, and make a baseball mit wit his shit....

You may be right Haf, but he deserves for someone to invest in him for once in his life.

Even if it fails in the end, he deserves the effort.

This story is sad. People take into account the epigenome effect upon his life.

It honestly could go either way. He could manage to have a normal life after years of therapy

or he could be a michael myers in the making. If he's clinically been diagnosed as a sociopath

then quite honestly it will be hard to combat just by the very nature of being a sociopath.
