I cant think of nothing in the last 9 years.

Below the Heaven's was the most recent classic i can remember. I get high a lot though so im sure someone else will be able to remind me about something dropping.

There was Killer Mike and El-P too, but they aint younger.

What do u expect when most of them are single based and cant spit a full 16.. do u really expect a classic album let alone a full listenable one

This is true.. A lot of good albums that people push through and try to make a classic but really not

I think GKMC will be when it's all said and done. I will say this though, there are artist who possess the capability to make them (Krit, Cole, Drake, Ab Soul, etc). It's just harder nowadays with how the business is set up, it's a singles driven business and bodies of work don't really sell anymore. Artist like Nas, Jay,Kast,Pac,etc came in a era where people sat and listened to whole albums, these ADHD mfs don't have the span for 45 minutes.

lol i thought we were over this whole bashing the younger generation bullshit. GKMC is a classic in my opinion. We are 3 years into the new decade let this new school breathe. Im sick of yall mid life crisis, metabolism slowing down just starting to get back problems ass niggas bitching about the younger generation.

Guess who spoiled the younger generation? Guess who ran away and didn't raise sons now they act like bitches? Guess why many youngns don't know about what makes good hip hop? Its cause yall 70's and 80's crack baby ass niggas ain't do your god damn job.

thats because our generation doesn't have an identity yet, there have been a few classic mixtapes though which have subsequently helped propel some rappers to stardom
