Pretty stupid idea if you ask me. You can only look at one screen at a time, so having them both is pointless. Every reasonable benefit they noted could be better accomplished by making a phone with a single screen and extra options.
For instance, they say the black and white screen will allow you to read and save on the battery. So it would make more sense to make a phone with a screen whose settings could be changed to mimic that of an e-reader.
