I have nothing of substance to add to this conversation. I know GA is broke as hell, my mother works in GA public schools, my lil sister had hope, till she screwed up her first semester at school. Im not surprised to see it go, its a shame tho, GA was the 49th worst state in public education a few years ago, im pretty sure they are still holding down that spot. Cutting funding to education when your state is dire need of improvement is a bad idea. i would guess they are trying a new tactic to help the youth, but I am very doubtful of that.
