After 2000 were the DJ Quik shit happened, the E-40 shit happened, the Tha Row running up on stage happened, all the robberies we didn't see a Source awards after 2001, until BET had a phony Source/BET award show mix.
Shit was classic but all the hood shit made the big companies back off.

One thing i've always felt people have a scewed perception about is when Snoop asked the NY crowd the question.
For some reason people always look at that as if Snoop "confronted" the crowd, when he didn't. He even said "we know we're we at, east coast in the muthafucking house". His point was, "y'all even fronting on us now?!". If wasn't like he said "fuck y'all niggas".
