Dems are just as fuckin stupid as Republicans. They don't wanna govern either. Looking for this "unicorn" candidate to endorse ain't gonna happen. It's unrealistic to believe that you're going to agree with someone 100% of the time. As long as the person you're backing has most of your interests in mind, then there shouldn't be an issue with you supporting them.

This is not a difficult mindset to achieve, and any person with a modicum of intellect understands it. All of these war cries and rallying will be moot if you can't even settle playground disputes. Smh. The whole political landscape needs to be blown up and we need a couple mulligans.

I mean, there's a reason Bernie won't align himself with Dems either. He understands that they're in damn near as bad a shape as the opposition, and all of the in-fighting leads to dick getting accomplished for the people you're supposedly representing.

The Dems have zero organization at this point. You have different factions battling for control like its Game of Thrones or something. The AARP wing put Pelosi back in power and still push Hillary onto the public. The Bernie wing is batshit crazy and the major reason why the nuclear option was used for the SC. Then you have the purists who don't want anyone who isn't pro-choice and full SJW to run for a Dem seat.

They need to stop worrying about elections in Kansas/GA, stop with the Trump/Russia BS, stop with the #resist crap, and develop an actual platform for 2018 and 2020. Then go out and find YOUNG and PRACTICAL candidates that can grow into potential stars. Say what you want about the Tea Party, but they did this very thing in 2010 and swept over the House.

No, they don't need to stop that shit. They should continue with what they're doing, and in conjunction, develop their platform. These people are supposed to be the creme de la creme of the country. I'm sure they can walk and chew bubblegum at the same time.

The Whites that vote in those little one horse towns in rural areas typically always vote Republican regardless of who they run. Those little towns probably make up 60-70 percent of America. Democrats generally just don't fare well outside of those urban metropolises at least they haven't in my lifetime.

Most of them will never vote Democrat or Independent that's just who they are and what's been indoctrunated into them over the years and less to do with Obama imo.

He is still by far the most popular Politician into American (and maybe the world) politics today , so he still has great influence especially with young people, and still younger in retirement than most of the current players on the world stage.

So i think he should be out there organizing or helping young progressives be interested and run for public office.
