Love my yams but that sweet potato carrot dish is divine. With the garlic and breadcrumbs golden toasted to perfection on top......doesn't last for 5 minutes on the table.

And yes it is although its really a 3 cheese baked macaroni however you can substitute and use only one kind, I do it all the time. Cheddar is what I had and its definitely what makes the Mac and cheese classic.
