I'm surprised The South is still dominant. They all pretty much rap about the same thing and the 808 trap beats get monotonous after a while.

They had a good run but its time for a new sound.
 
Krit, Curren$y, and Travis Scott all dropped quality projects last year in addition to Scarface. Seems like a basic attempt by Ebro to bait people into a NY vs. the South exchange
 
They can't claim Cole because a good portion of them didn't even want him to succeed.

To be fair, out of the top 10 mixtapes of 2015 voted on by yall mfs, only 1 was from a southern artist (outside of future) and out of the top 10 albums only 1 was from a southern artist (outside of Future).

Where as 4 of the top 10 mixtapes were from NY artist.
