I definitely got a kick out of this.
Teams have been taking for granted and underrating the kicking game in the NFL for years. It's easy for everybody to sit here and make jokes but outside of QB the kicker is now the most important player on the team. Some of these FG's they kick aren't just to save their own jobs. These missed kicks get coaches and GM's fired every year.
Look at SD. They would be damn near undefeated. Some of these missed kicks effect draft positions too. My team is 0-7 right now and in line for the #1 pick. We're a FG away in Miami from not being in that position. People better start taking the kicking game serious or it will be costly.
