I actually enjoyed Conjuring 2, but I don't see the need for a spin-off of the villain. The last time they tried a spin-off with this franchise it was trash.

The crooked man spin-off would've been dope. I enjoyed the simplicity of the conjuring films but the spinoffs have been terrible.

Makes sense. Annabelle cost like 6 million to produce and grossed almost 260 million at the box office alone. They're not gonna pass up that kinda guap.

I hate the spin-offs

Annabelle wasn't bad, but it was unnecessary.. but I get they need $$ and I've enjoyed all the films so far (Insidious, Conjouring, Sinister etc)

that Nun was fuckin scary as shit, though..

I absolutely loved that she needed no sound effect, no music or anything, just her presence alone was fuckin terrifyingly eerie

No the only movies that are connected so far are Annabelle and conjuring. This nun movie is only going to be the second spin-off. I don't know what spinoff*s* these guys are talking about in here. Insidious a completely different franchise but still directed by the same guy (james wan)
