thing is you still have to understand the risks and know what your getting into.

alot of people invest in the hottest thing at the moment but dont understand what holds it up or whos running it. so when the shit is hot they happy.....when it drops, they beat they wife and kill themselves.

or let me explain it like this.....

you see a house and it looks nice in a good neighborhood...so most likely it will make you money in the long run when you decide to sell.

do you buy off emotion or do you look at the foundation and inspect it to see if the shit is stable before you put money into it?

its that simple...but alot of people dont want to do the research.

you gotta know what your investing in, put shit into place so if it drops you can minimize your loses and shit like that.
