i dont know the law, but from my own moral opinion, i don't think the mother being brain dead, or the child having abnormalities is a reason to not allow the child to have a chance to be born. a deformed baby has no less of a right to be born and a perfectly healthy fetus.

Plus, a severely deformed child cam not function properly in a society nor could the father afford such care for as long as that child lives ( assuming he has the finances of an average American citizen).

The fucked up thing is if the deformed baby is born, and survives, he would be giving it a better life, and become a villain at them same time if he gives it up for adoption.

The media will turn him into a villain, and then an "outpouring of love" will come from the people, and hella people will send in donations, and it will be adopted by some well off family.

XX amount of years later, if the kid turns out to be being mentally competent, there will be some interview talking about how its dad didn't want it, and it still managed to survive and do well.

its funny because if in one situation the baby is born with these deformities .. will they step in and provide exemplary healthcare for the rest of its life..

or what if the child actually is birthed normal yet end up being a recipient of Welfare services.. would these people be in support of this persons plight.. or be subject to castigation...
