I don't think of what they do as freestyling.

They just don't write the shit down, if your memory is good enough, I don't see why you wouldn't be able to make structured raps.

It's not that hard to not write shit down. Just don't. You hear the beat, you think about what you're going to say in your mind, repeat it to yourself until you memorize it, and record it.

All they're doing is skipping a step. You can train your mind to do so pretty easily.

What do you think people like SuperNat and them do? They zone in on what their opponent is saying, think of a couple of rebuttals on the spot and spit it. If you're a real emcee, that shit isn't that hard.
