Before i even clicked this link I knew what video this was.

Except the one I saw was a workshop at a office and it looked about 10 years older than this video.

We learned about Jane Elliot in my Change Agent course. She got blackballed out of her entire town for creating this classroom experiment.

We did this same experiment in my community with light skin and dark skin people.

This is probably one of the best ways to teach someone. I notice that unless I have some personal investment in a particular view I give no fucks about it. This experiment gives these kids some vested interest in discrimination.
