Real estate, nowhere to go but up... buy land, God doesn`t make more of them.

Stock market on the other hand, profit is infinite, but it`s volatile and dangerous. Can ruin your life for good... much like gambling, and that is even IF you are an expert.

Stock Market is the faster earner, ofcourse expertise is a plus but you don't need to have much of a clue when you know a company is going up or down...see what's on the verge of a major trend and you'll see some chi-ching in no time..

Real Estate Market is the best...investment is in your hands..and it will give you profits..no matter what..sooner or later. Stock market is very risky..nothing is in your hands..
