Geting out of it is difficult. The worst is when children stay in the middle. I know a female coworker that hasnt let her cheating man go because of her boy. As a solution she has also taken the cheating route .

my homey hit me with the...'bruh, i love her....but i'm not IN love with her' the other day when we was catching up and he mentioned he don't know how much longer he willing to stick around. this the same woman he been with for the last 10 years. and i be telling him, like, come on man, don't leave her u gonna regret it if u do i think u just trippin because arguments been happening. He insist that it's just convenience right now tho...cuz he's disabled a bit from a work injury, and stays with her...but says he knows if he had the option to burn out on his own he would do so

Sounds like my uncle. He was with his wife for 15 years and he said he wanted to leave her. He said he just wanted to be alone. Everyone kept tellin him he was gonna regret it but he left her anyways. She ended up getting married again and now he's trying to get her to leave her husband to get back with him. My dad told him to keep trying lmao.

I guess its a known fact you don't own any person. You have the will to come & go as you please. but to make excuses to or for others of why you stay when things aren't going well is just bad. seems like a dependent/insecure problem & you have interior motives (hope I said that right..)
