Young Jeezy has improved as a rapper since he first came out but he still is a below avg rapper at best. Wayne has always been garbage and if all his best shit is supposdly on his mixtapes but his albums suck what do you call a rapper like that espcially if they from NYC.... A mixtape Rapper.
