Biggie was overated as fuck, average at best. His murder is the only thing that gave him the legacy he has, not his music.

NY Rap used to be about making music, but ever since snoop dogg destroyed them bulidings and the deaths of those 3 rappers ( Biggie, Big L & Big Pun), it's all gone downhill.
