biggie is overrated, lil wayne is the worst rapper to ever rap in the history of rap, Black Thought is better than your favorite rapper, Jay-z fell off (hard), Seveth Seal was a good album even with the shitty production, Ghostface killah always outshines Raekwon on a song, Wizard of poetry is one of my favorite album of 09'

Other than that, the rest of the mainstream southern rappers who debuted in this decade have been average or worse. A large number of them have been embarrassingly wack. It's unfortunate to the talented rappers down there and the legends like Kast, Face, and Ball & G....but the south will be remembered mainly for putting out some of the worst music of all time

U know what i see so many top lists w/o Ice Cube in it and i just simply ask what abouyt Cube and then they'll be like oh yea he's in there.

He gets overlooked quite a bit. Peronsally he's top 10 for me... but i can see him being left out. especially if you arent from the Left Coast
