it was a dope album and he did do it without 50 and Dre,but regardless DA is a better album.

Nah I don't think so. It's a good album but not even a regional classic

I honestly like the DOC better than DA, but I unno if DA is a classic when you compare it to other west coast ones.

DA is a classic of its time. the album was dope so was the production on it

I don't think it is..you might be able to get away with sayin its a great album..but not classic..

I think his lyricism was better on DA but overall the songs weren't better..he definitely missed 50 on the hooks..production was good but not better than Documentary..

I would give it 4/5..but not classic..

Hell no... I would say Kurupt Streez is a Mutha is west coast classic. The first Eastsidaz Album is a west coast classic. this album doesn't have any west coast classics on it. His first album yes, everything after has been forgettable.

my favorite album of his by far. A classic in every sense of the word. Production was banging, lyrics were banging, emotion on point. This album was complete and it was all him.

Peep the new joint

"Count It"

Nah ... but then again ... ion like none of his albums like that.

The Doc is a west coast classic tho ..but thats just me accepting the acclaims ...

im not on the west coast so i dont know how peeps out west feel about the album, but when i put it up against some other west coast favorites of mine it holds water.... i think its just as good as the documentary but it actually has more of a west coast feel to it with the lyrics he was spittin... i've thought for a long time that game has the best ear for production in hip hop... he gets diverse beats from diff. producers and they are always hot..

t/s left out a dope ass track in "da shit".... track is raw

Doctor's Advocate was a solid album and the production or rhymes didn't suffer from the absence of 50 or Dr. Dre. It's a possible classic because of that.
