Very true but Sony holds responsibility of what companies they allow on their system and what is promoted. Also Madden isnt Activision.

LOL@ U. Usually when a contract is made there are pre conditions. When a company or person signs it there is no turning back because it is a legal document. If it conditions arent met it is later voided or an admendment/modification is made to keep it legal. That being said if there is a problem with the company usually those companies are responsible along with Sony.
