Never heard that before. So, the standard OSI model is 7 layers that can be communicated as 4 layers in the TCP/IP model. "Communications" isnt one of those in either.

All you gotta do is google, various free programs that allow you to change IP address. It's so easy anyone can do it.
Have to use a paid version to get round network providers 'fair use policy'. Only allowing download limit 30gig a month. Can download that in a day.

Best ones are roaming that changes your IP every 30secs. Good if you a torrent fiend.

On another note anyone know how to keep my ISP from tracking my downloading? I got some email form these fags about a game a downloaded. I need away make my shit a little more secure.
