i got my cheetah back in like 06 maybe late 05, and you could legally only buy a 350,000 volt one in pa, and my 850,000 one was the highest that were made for non police back then. those million volt ones could kill a person, and i think those cell phone looking ones are new, but they are nasty.

and yeah i had to stun a few people with it before. its LOUD so when you pull it out and press the stun button it normally scares the shit out of whoever its directed at. an average person will be down for a few minutes after getting hit by that. the first time i used it, the guy was flopping around, i thought it had given him a seizure.the biggest person i used it on was almost 7 feet tall and like 300 pounds, he was shocked by it, and was down on one knee for a good 30 seconds.

yeah id recommend one, even if you dont ever use it (im sure youll find a reason lol) its fun to have.
