there are due process issues with using the "terrorist watch list" or the "no-fly list" to prohibit people from buying guns. you know this, i know this, DOGS know this. in this case, i'm curious what the FBI was looking into about the shooter, but i have to come back to this: if these guys shouldn't be out there with guns or bombs or whatever, charge them and prosecute them.
