Fallout 3.

I've never really played an RPG like that before. I just played it because my roommate had it. Shit blew me away.

It's obviously not a sleeper to most people though.

Picked Sleeping Dogs up for cheap on download. Dope as fuck. Just a straightforward sandbox game. Not trying too hard to entertain you. Great arcadey driving experience too.

Ico on PS2.

I thought it was going to be a Zelda rip off and ended up being it's own thing altogether and one of the best games of that generation.

Earthbound for SNES as well. I rented it one day out of curiosity cause it was the only game in the store at the time. The cover art and stupid infamous game magazine ad with the farmer are the only things I knew about it before playing it. Had no idea I'd like it as much as I did. I ended up buying my own copy.

Nier

Deus EX Human Revolution (I know it's a highly rated game, but didn't expect to enjoy as much as I did)

Deadly Premonition

Binary Domain

Red Faction: Guerrilla

R-Type Final

c/s on Vanquish shit was dope as fuck, i need to get that agin

and that game Enslaved was dope, i wasnt expecting much when i got it but man was it good

Rush 2049 n Speed Devils on DC n Beetle Adventure racing on N64, I miss cool arcady racing games like those, now its either sim or arcade gameplay that look like sims lol.

co-sign on Deus ex, didnt expect it to be one of the greatest games I would play lol. Game was in the backlog for 6 months before I started.

same with Demon's Souls, copped it on day one with a ps3(just cause it was an exclusive lol) game blew my mind with the level/enemy structure design n online functions.

Mortal Kombat Shaolin Monks, was late with this, basically what that final fight reboot should have been, its the greatest 3d co-op beat em up game ever made. If you played Double Dragon/battletoads/streets of rage etc when you were a kid, this game is the shit
