It's a tricky issue. I think most White people will say the word, but only around certain people. Some Black people, like the one guy in this thread, don't mind being called a NIGGER by White people, and that seems kinda strange, but that's up to him... But, I believe most White people will censore themselves when singing certain songs around Blacks.
