I think they might do a spin off with thos jr CTU agents they used to have we'll see though

Im hoping that by the end of the season bauer becomes the head of CTU, and takes the field agent under his wing. Then the next season its the development of the new agent, and the development of jack coming to terms with stepping down and letting someone else handle things. Then maybe have jack come back at a later date.
