Well, I really was not alive yet during the time of oppression and I've never personally oppressed a brown skinned person or participated in a scheme that harmed brown skinned people.

Nor was I ever a prison guard who went on to pretend to know Noriega. (the real Noriega) Nor did I try to build a silver-plaque rap career off that fake rep.

Do white males need a scholarship? Probably not.

But considering any other combination of a color and a sex automatically gets eligibility simply for having been born that way and having gotten average grades, there's no way the law can deny a white male this type of thing.

1. I didn't watch the video and I'm not going to. I know what the deal is.

2. He wasn't alive back then and has probably never willfully held down any non-white person ever. Why should his taxes go towards some average brown student's tuition when they're probably going to use that money to play fuh-ball or bassa-ball and not even learn how to read and then go broke two years after they fail in their athletic career?

"Racial minorities" get scholarships just for being born with a certain skin color because very wealthy whites and browns want to pit working class whites and browns against each other on the basis of their skin color so that they won't threaten the unfounded power of said wealthy whites and browns.

Black people are mad at whites because black people think that white people believe they should get something automatically just for being white.

Then blacks demand that they get something automatically just for being black.

And they don't see the irony in this.

My father is a african immigrant and has amassed more wealth without the equivalent of a US High school diploma than most whites or blacks born in this fuckn country. With that being said its very obvious, that your guilt through association/birth idea is based on injustices suffered over a century ago. I'm very confident you couldn't hold an intelligent conversation about injustices toward racial minorities in the past 50 yrs. Your argument is paper weight thin. If you weren't born in the era/year/time period of, you're not guilty of. But do you benefit from it?

You automatically assume I'm trying to vilify whites. No stupid. It's called a conversation. To show your blatant hypocrisy, you couldn't make a case for how blacks still feel the effects of oppression. But I could just as easily make a case for how blacks have in many cases become their own enemies. There are other races that are singled out and given scholarships so that's not a problem. The first way to get to universal equality is to treat everyone equal and stop giving extras to such and such groups to make up for shit.
