I don't know whether or not she's dead in her mugshot (I think the fact that you can see up her hose is because of the height difference between her and whoever was taking the picture) but it definitely is weird that the background doesn't look like a regular wall, and also that she looks like she's right up against the "wall" instead of standing in front of it.
