It was more street, but it wasnt better. Counseling, Footprints, Life Change, and Doorman is the deciding factors

Haters wish, Big Dreams, Addiction, etc crushes those songs and i'm not even gonna mention how Vol 3 crushes both.

The mixtape was sick and I actually thought Clipse would follow through with the promise it showed and actually deliver a sick album third time round. Lo and behold the album was weak, another disappointing Hip Hop album of 2009 to add to the list.

You can add Nas - The ****** Tape to the list of mixtapes that were better then the albums they were prepping

maybe they're trying to appeal to two different audiences with each release...the mixtape for the hardcore hip hop heads....the album for the radio friendly consumers(ladies)...i agree wit you and i haven't even finished hearing the entire album but i too am confused as to why they couldn't put out an upgrade to an already damn good mixtape...or cant seem to find the right formula for the great success they claim they have already achieved.....

I hope Drake doesnt disappoint.....

Sigh. The Clipse.

Sigh. Fabolous.

Sigh. Lil' Wayne

I don't think Drake will have the same problem only because I think he designed his mixtape as if it were really an album with real songs and real hooks that cater to any audience.
